In this episode, we do a final walk through on our Robbins Road deal that we closed Subject To. I was hesitant in the past to do creative financing in my wholesale business but after continuing my education and putting my own money up, I’m more confident each day in my ability to provide Subject-To as a solution for sellers.

We also head out to my new property sitting on 20 acres where the crew is clearing the land and preparing to build!

A few hours after taking photos of this property and Francis listing it, we received an offer at full asking price.

I hope this video is a good example of how to upgrade your wholesale deals without going full-on HGTV with it.
