We’ve long been supporters of independent makers and small shops, now more than ever. Here’s a roundup of ways to help some of our favorite people stay in business:

  • Maven Collection, an online marketplace featuring vintage finds and handmade pieces from Morocco and around the world, is offering 25 percent off all orders (discount automatically applied at checkout).
  • Anaise, one of our favorite online clothing shops, is offering 20 percent off everything (use the code VITA).
  • Permanent Collection is offering 20 percent off Alice’s Apron (created with chef Alice Waters of Chez Panisse) and 10 percent off all orders when you sign up for the newsletter.
  • NYC designer Rebecca Atwood is having an online sample sale (happening now), with 15 percent of proceeds going to the Food Bank for New York City.
  • St. Frank is offering customers (through the end of March) 10 percent off any purchase with code GET10. Alternatively, if you use code GIVE10 they’ll donate 10 percent of your purchase to @feedingamerica. Everything on the site is included—even surfboards, sale items, and gift cards.
  • Pampa is offering free worldwide shipping on all orders. Enter the code STAYATHOME at checkout.
  • East Fork Pottery is offering its first ever pre-sale, featuring  spring/summer 2020 glazes, slated to launch on April 23rd, and now available for pre-sale. “We’ve never done pre-sale before—but necessity is the mother of invention and whatnot,” owners Connie and Alex Matisse say.
  • Save 25 percent on regular price and up to 50 percent on seconds and samples at Portland, OR-based Pigeon Toe Ceramics.
  • SF-based purvey of vintage French goods Elsie Green is offering 25 percent off everything on the site; use code SHOPSMALL at checkout.
  • This week is National Cleaning Week; to help kick things off, designer Kara Mann is offering 20 percent off her line of cleaning and household products called Kept, use code KEPTCLEAN.
